We believe that every athlete has a place. A good football program will see the talent within each individual and create the team around those strengths. Team ACE is not about finding athletes who fit in a certain box. Our head coach can identify raw talent and create a playbook that maximizes ability. 

It still takes hard work on the individual level. We are looking for athletes who are dedicated to improving, can take direction and know the difference between playing the right way and playing to win at all cost.
